Why are Republicans saying Obama tanked the economy if they are doing good?

When Bush was in office, Republicans were doing good, but now that Obama is in office they are doing good still but Obama has tanked the economy. WTF?Why are Republicans saying Obama tanked the economy if they are doing good?Clinton- he left the country with a big surplus and a great economy. Bush turned that completely around into a deficit in no time.



When Clinton was in office the unemployment was close to 2 to 3%, But under Bush it went above 8%. In the county I live in under Bush it went almost to 10%.



The republican can take the blame for this problem.Why are Republicans saying Obama tanked the economy if they are doing good?
your right, things have never been better, i noticed alot of closed down business and empty stores etc... but thats not because of obama its because we have a great econmy because of his stimulus plans and constant meddling that he takes credit for.Why are Republicans saying Obama tanked the economy if they are doing good?First, Wasn't Obama part of the Problem when he served as a Senator in Bush Years?



Second, Take a look at the unemployment rate now.



Third, we were doing just fine until Democrats won in 2006, remember?

The economy was doing ok UNTIL the democrats took over in 2006 then it started going to heck. I am smart enough to know that wasn't the only cause nor am I a blind ideologue who ignores the massive spending of the GOP from 2000-2005 but the fact remains that things DID get WORSE after they took over and started trying to implement far left policies. Obama has only made it worse. Would RINO McCain have done much better? Probably not much better but he couldnt have done worse.Why are Republicans saying Obama tanked the economy if they are doing good?
I hate to be the first one to break this to you but they don't care about facts and reality. All they care about is that the President does not look like them and his name sounds funny.
Whoever is not in power complains that things have never been worse. Things are bad, but this train has been rolling towards us for 8 years.



Look at Clinton- he left the country with a big surplus and a great economy, but he was pursued by the GOP like he was a war criminal- and all they got was a sex act!!! And it cost us taxpayers million of dollars to find out he couldn't keep it in his pants!!!!Why are Republicans saying Obama tanked the economy if they are doing good?
Just remember..regardless of the party in power that no nation has ever borrowed or taxed itself to greatness. If this continues we are doomed and should all be learning the Chinese words for "I need a job"
cause if bama gave you a million dollars ,you would do good also untill the money ran out.but since i'm not working i can't buy your product.so your business will need another bail out while you lay off workers to stay afloat
With 0blameless paying down all that nasty debt that Bush ran up. Things are so good that businesses are closing because there aren鈥檛 enough good people to hire. The Fed is printing money like there is no tomorrow so everyone can get their share. Yeah, pretty peachy.
The way to bridge your good observation is by looking at it this way. Te Republicans may now be saying they are doing good still while Obama is in office but few people believe them and their popularity is not going up



It seems to me they are doing good at that and that is good for the country, good for Obama and good for Republicans only in that they can still make themselves feel good even if the country doesn't take them seriously anymore.



That skill of the Republicans to do good at every level should not be underestimated :)
