i watch the news, i see alot about this subject... but i have yet to see what Obama plans on doing about this.What is Obama going to do about the somalia pirates kidnapping a US captain?Good question, what is he going to do. As his lack luster performance has led to two more vessels being attacked.What is Obama going to do about the somalia pirates kidnapping a US captain?
Negotiation is on the way. Of course, the target is to save the kidnapped captain. Perhaps, it would be a good chance to fix Somali also.



Nevertheless, beside negotiation, Obama should consider to use force:

1. Bomb the pirate home base with B-1 or B-2 in exchange for the release of the captain or even force Somali governments to settle their own conflict.

2. Fire a pre-destinated canon shell to hit just the next of the lifeboat, That canon shell can create stock wave to drive out air in the life-boat for a second. Then, all people in the lifeboat would fall into sleep for a while. Navy seal can then save the captain and arrest all pirate.What is Obama going to do about the somalia pirates kidnapping a US captain?I realize you asked the question yesterday but the US Navy has responded. Navy snipers took out 3 of the pirates on the lifeboat and freed the captain. A blurb in the article I linked below said:

Lucky the French showed Obama it is ok to attack pirates. Otherwise millions of dollars would be wasted waiting for the pirates to give back the captain. Whatever that means. Frankly I think he needs to stop watching and do something. Some of these pirates have been caught by the French and are being brought to trial apparently this does not lead to less attacks. we'll have to see, but if i called the shots, i would authorize the US Navy to open fire on any suspected pirate ships. cant be too hard, just look for any boat out in the water with a bunch of skinny black dudes holding RPG's An AK47's. Srew spending millions on intellegence on land and attempts at arresting and prosecuting these guys, i think killing them puts out a stronger message.

They have not figured out how to catch them without everyone dying in the boat.
