Michelle is not the typical, plain jane, boring first lady like other previous first ladies. She is not scared to be herself instead of standing in the background with no voice with some dry look with some old 50s outfit on. It is a new day, enough of those boring first ladies.

It is improper for an older woman to show the inside of her thighs in public. If Michelle Obama cannot follow etiquette for nobility, then her husband should not have run for president. Honestly, when I saw the article here on the Yahoo home page, I laughed out loud. SHORT SHORTS!? Those are waaaaay too long to be short shorts. Plus, just because she's the "first lady" doesn't mean she has to wear long black dresses with high collars. (Haha, thinking about it makes me laugh). She has a life too ya know! People need to stop over-reacting just because her legs are a bit ugly. Lol :P

No. Actually she has very nice legs.
No. She is being criticized for dressing inappropriately for a First Lady.
If she wants to wear shorts then she should wear a shorts suit with short sleeves. This would be more appropriate than the casual dress she chooses.
