Is obama really trying to close Guantanamo Bay and bring the people here to Colorado?

This makes me so nervous considering I live in Colorado. These people are way worse than regular criminals and they want to bring them here? What the heck is Obama thinking? What if they escape? Considering the things they've done, escaping a Colorado jail doesn't seem that hard a thing for them and then we will be in danger. I certainly don't want these criminals an hour away from my house. Who else is upset about this?Is obama really trying to close Guantanamo Bay and bring the people here to Colorado?Just curious since you're an expert, what have they done? Any specifics? How do you know they're worse than the guy serving life for multiple murders? That seems pretty bad.



Anyway, he wants to close the prison camp at Gitmo because of its huge media coverage. Right now it serves as a recruiting tool for our enemies since it's so highly publicized. The funny thing is most of the real terrorists get sent to our allies in countries such as Egypt where they get their fingernails plucked out with pliers until they tell us what we need to know, so Gitmo is a waste of time. Obviously, the smart thing to do is close Gitmo so the media shuts up and continue on as usual.



By the way, super maximum security prisons keep the most serious prisoners in their cell for 23 hours and 30 minutes a day, with 30 minutes to run around in a gym fully shackled, by themselves. One place being considered is the supermax prison. No one has ever escaped this place. And the people that are there now are some pretty nasty individuals themselves. Well, he promised to close it, when he took office he ordered it, but it is now known the he didn't have a plan on how to do it. He now finds that nobody wants those prisoners in the US. I hope people know how many people were killed because of each of these awful men. And they get to stay alive??? What gives them the right to frivolously kill anyone in their path and they don't get a punishment for it?
