When will Obama attempt to artificially and temporarily lower gas prices for is re-election?

Obama can not win in 2012 if a gallon of gas is still 4 to 5 dollars a gallon in to 2012 cycle.

However, he is doing nothing substantive as yet to lower prices.

How far will he push it?When will Obama attempt to artificially and temporarily lower gas prices for is re-election?Obama will attempt to reduce gasoline prices in September of 2012 just long enough to get people to vote for him

Then after the election he will jack up the gasoline prices again. When will Obama attempt to artificially and temporarily lower gas prices for is re-election?
Gee, in my economics class we learned that tax increases (or loss of a tax break) get passed onto the customer in some form or other...people actually think that by them losing their tax break that prices will go down? LOL!

The only thing I've seen Obama do to try to lower gas prices is try to imply the "Big Oil" is committing fraud and try to set up an investigation into them. In other words, lip service...if they investigated too far we might find a lot of politicians have had their hands in the cookie jar. When will Obama attempt to artificially and temporarily lower gas prices for is re-election?You're very correct in saying Obama's re-election hopes are pinned on LOWERING or DEFLATING per gallon gas prices. And you're on target to say it's a given ploy to merely gain a re-election victory; after that's secured, the prices will RISE again.

I'm frankly amazed the most best kept secret in oil stocks was let out--when we finally saw how oil stock market SPECULATORS are the REAL bad guys affecting per gallon gas prices in the U.S.

Currently, there are NO regulatory laws keeping these SPECULATORS from PRICE GOUGING us blind. And given many of our elected officials ( both Democrat AND Republican, mind you ) in Congress are Big Oil STOCKHOLDERS, benefiting well from the SPECULATORS greedy actions, it's fair to say how unlikely we'll see any immediate or long-term relief at the gas pumps.

Congress discreetly helps out the oil market SPECULATORS; the SPECULATORS in turn, crank out PROFIT$ for Congressional Big Oil stock holders---and WE get f*cked big time.

That's just the way it is and will be---until we FINALLY get a President in who will do what is needed to control the oil market SPECULATORS and isn't afraid to make political enemies out of Congress in the process.

Obama is simply NOT IT. So, no matter what "miracles" he suddenly pulls---I'm still NOT voting for him in 2012.
he's warped

insteada high speed rail,we need hi speed drillin

It's all just a big conspiracy!

If you don't like paying high gas prices, blame the Federal Reserve and the IMF, Obama has control over neither. When will Obama attempt to artificially and temporarily lower gas prices for is re-election?
Bethy winks,,,,Mr. Obama will look for a slow profitable increase to whatever prices the oil giants want to charge,,,,,Von Baron NPNAC

QE4 and Stimulus III along with heavy doses of Soros funded advertising and daily use of the race card will happen non-stop leading up to the end of juggy's one term. When will Obama attempt to artificially and temporarily lower gas prices for is re-election?
Obama is already shamelessly calling for tax hikes to go into affect AFTER the election because he knows they will further kill the economy!
Same way Bush did in 2004, release the strategic reserve barrels.
..
We're just going to have to get used to high gas prices, no matter who is elected.
The gas prices are spiking because of speculators. And now you are trying to say that when the prices go down it will be Obamas fault?
About like the string pullers did last time - during the 2008 campaign.
Next year.
he will allow a few drilling permits in the gulf in August on 2012 and then the oil price will fall
What exactly do you think a President does?
We actually are cutting our oil subsidies sooooooooooo...... hello?
US oil production is up under obama.
