You actually have to go to court and be found guilty of a "felony" to be a felon. Especially since small personal possession of cocaine isn't an automatic felony. My friend was busted with a gram, about $50 worth, twice and both times was charged with a misdemeanor in Illinois.



I think the only other president that has been known to use cocaine is W, Bush. When asked about denying cocaine in the past, he paused and said that "I haven't denied anything" and many people have said that Bush has thrown parties in his youth where cocaine was being used openly.



People on here are saying "Clinton" This puzzles me since he never admitted or been convicted of anything that could be considered a felony. Although, I would bet that he used cocaine at least a couple times.



I could care less if any president used cocaine in their youth. I don't think the mainstream realizes how popular powder cocaine is, especially among the affluent. My friend was a high end cocaine dealer in Chicago before he got busted. I can't think of any others that were actual felons, Clinton holds that distinguish honor all by himself.
Bush for one did drugs and did allot of under-aged drinking. he also had a DUI when he was 21, and was arrested many time for doing illegal things with his college fraternity at Yale. He was also arrested for attacking a guy at a bar when he was 23.

seriously? bush didn't deny cocaine, which he probably would have done if he had never tried it. bush was also charged with drunk driving and, since he was, he didn't deny that either and plead guilty.
