Does Obama need to appoint and investigator to monitor the wasteful congressional spending?

I find it amusing that Obama is picking all those investigators and regulators to replace the congressional leaders that are being paid for that job but fail to do it. Do You think it is time to stop the bs and get real. The place to reduce waste is in Washington not small town america that is holding on by its nails.Does Obama need to appoint and investigator to monitor the wasteful congressional spending?He is the source of a great deal of the waste, so I certainly dont think he will be interested in that.
