how bout a huge tax break so I don't have to lay off anymore people? no, he wan't to spend another trillion or so giving money to people that SOME don't even pay taxes...Where is the break for us small businesses that are in risk of closing shop. BTW, this is my 26th year in business and Obama is the worst thing for small business going forward.What will Obama do to help out struggling small business owners like myself?He will raise your taxes to help the truly needy ..... you are a business owner and obviously don't need any assistance .... He has had quite a bit of opposition even in his own party so he is revising those plans. If they go through, you will receive tax incentives.



I don't have a lot of confidence in him though. He seems to have no knowledge of small business at all. His thoughts reflect that he doesn't know the issues.



I had to take steps months ago to protect my businesses and employees. That included finding more investors, dipping into my own money, and reducing costs, in order to spend more on marketing to increase sales. I think we are on our own for the most part.What will Obama do to help out struggling small business owners like myself?

He has already promised to raise business taxes to the point where they will be higher than the business taxes in any other industrialized nation.
My business is in trouble too. I need to hire more people, but I'm waiting to see if he enacts that stupid capital gains hike he talked about (I strongly suspect that was just a campaign thing... Obama's smart enough to stay away from stuff like that).

Im a small business owner my self and my partner and i made the decision to downscale our operations until Barry the Marxist leaves office. Of course we had to have some layoffs and the first to go were the three known Obama supporters. But im sure Barry will take good care of them after all he did promise didn't he ? Maybe they can live off hope or something who knows ?
According to the Democrats, small, medium, and large business owners are not smart enough to run their companies. So the Democrats, with King Barack Hussein Obama, will come to save you by taking your money and spending it for you.



Look out, the 70% Corporate tax days are coming back.
He'll "spread the wealth around", yours specifically!

If you complain, he'll sick the IRS on you to shut you up!

Then he'll give you free government cheese when he has taken all your money and all your ambition to make it!



That's how he will help you!
Don't count on him to help you because he has a Socialist agenda in mind so small business and entrapeneurship suffers...they want to own everything; you, your business; and your life...His spending agenda is to insure him a second term...Votors will vote for him because they got a handout. Remember people on the welfare rolls and those who don't pay taxes Vote! That is the group they want...Once they have them...they are a shoe in...and this country will have a one party system...Socialism and handouts to people who do not deserve it. That is his agenda...people did not understand the ramifications of what he was saying and what could happen to our country...so they voted for HOPE and CHANGE....Hope for whom and Change for whom...If he had said he give tax breaks to all business people, employment would rise, and we would get out of the recession; but his theory is just a bandaid but will not do a thing for us to get out of this...Roosevelt tried it and it kept us in a depression for almost ten years (read your history) and what got us out of it was us entering WWII. So who is he helping? Where is this country going? Who knows! Looks good...parades; parties; train rides; new presidential limo; but we shall see what happens. All I know is that this bailout is not going to help until the American people get their confidence in government back...Notice: whenever he makes a speech, the stock market tanks...he likes that, because then he can continue his agenda...They know what they are doing...they want the economy to tank..because then he can institute this farce...
They can do it the easy way or the hard way, so bend over, spread wide and hand over the money you've worked for to help the "needy", i.e. lazy*ss VOTERS on welfare who do NOTHING but VOTE for "change". Also "minority business status" owners may need a slack too. So keep working, people on welfare and special programs depend on you.

Business owners are the enemy. He wouldn't want to appear to be aiding the enemy. Besides, once all the businesses fail he can reign in a new era of socialism. By then people will be so desperate for a solution that they'll go along with anything.
I don't at all think that Obama will be bad for small businesses. He actually supports the middle class and small businesses and although we have no way of knowing until he is in office, if he does as promised during his campaign, he should cut taxes so that small businesses can thrive and boost the economy. His plan was to tax those who have the money like big corporations. We will have to just see how he handles it, but keep your chin up, we all want things to get better.

How about some customers with money to spend? Businesses don't hire workers if they have no customers, now, do they? Even Warren Buffett and Donald Trump and Bill Gates admit that the most driving force in the American economy is people with money to spend, and who aren't afraid to spend it. While small businesses need help right now, the little guys like me and my neighbors need the faith that we will not go under and lose our jobs and our homes and our lives if we part with a few dollars now and then. Economic insecurity is not good for anyone. Demand drives all economic activity. And right now people are not demanding much because they're scared to spend. I hope this is understandable for you.
Are we supposed to believe you are a "struggling small business owner"?
