since when were african americans not americans. and whatever the so called demands they will only strengthen the economy. and what is so wrong with him focusing on some of the issues african americans bring up. those are the same issues othe races bring up as well.

What demands? I don't have any. I just want my America to be the best it can. That's the same thing I wanted under Bush. He will do what he thinks is best. He has told us all what to expect of him. I definitely don't want anything that is going to hurt one race, while benefiting another.
by being real and seeing that we all need help and helping those who help themselves and not leaving anyone oult of the loop black white or blue. the best amn won not a black and white man or a black man or a white man the best man and he will know what to do i have faith. Obama is the man who won because he is the best man for the job.
I think Obama will treat everyone fairly. There was a black mayor of Chicago back in the 80's named Harold Washington. He was the first black mayor of the city. At first all the black people were excited to have a black mayor and assumed he would always side with black people. But when he treated everyone equally, all the black people got upset and felt he should be doing more to help them. I believe Barack Obama will take a page Harold Washington and treat everyone as equals. If I could answer that I would be the president! He has a tough job on his hands, and we know he ain't got a magic wand to make change everywhere and in everything but I believe he will always be honest with us and fight for what he and Americans believe in, He will listen to the minority as well as the population. What he has achieved isn't a burden it's a wide range of possibilities and I'm so excited for the future!
