I wonder if Obama would take such a personal interest in GM and Chrysler if the workers were nonunion? Survey says no.

He's trying to save the economy falling even more. If companies lose their money and bankrupt, people lose jobs, they start to not be able to buy anything, more companies fall, and what happens in the end is everyone is basically jobless.
Well Obama pretty much gutted the UAW



When he demanded that they make huge concessions on their pay and benefits.



Remember back in Dec when Senator Bob Corker (R) demanded that the UAW make concessions before the car companies receive bailout money.



He was roundly critised for trying to bust the unions.



But when Obama made the same demands,



They said Obama was just trying to save the car companies.

Obama doesn't "Only care" about anything. And Frankly, Bush didn't care about anyone except the fundementalists and homophobes, so we're still better off!
Because union workers are the people that slow business down and make them less profitable, forcing them to ship more of their business over-seas. The more power given to unions the weaker our country will get... and since Obama's ultimate goal is to convert this country to socialism, he is on the right track.



Either that or he is just a moron with no idea the consequences that his stupid idealistic decisions will bring.
