Blacks vote 90% for Dimocrats in presidential elections. Barak Hussein could get 95% of the black vote and increase black voter turnout, so he could win a few of the southern states, which have voted almost straight GOP for thirty years. However, his liberal views are anathema to most southerners, so I don't think that he could get more southern states than Hillary or Edwards would.



Obama getting a higher percentage of black votes would only be effective if we had a direct election of the president by the people instead of this electoral college nonsense.

Don't be too sure,OJ won that way.But yes,I think that's a wrong attitude for a presidential candidate to have,even more reason not to vote for him.That surely is an adolescent attitude for a grown man to have no matter what he is doing.
Why is it different than any other candidate who goes after a demographic. Everyone already knows blacks don't vote along racial lines so your premise is flawed. Only white candidates are allowed to ask blacks for their vote?
Obama is so UNREADY to govern our great country. Racism is so rampant among blacks and whites, but usually only commented on when whites use it to their advantage.Many people will allow the racism to pass when it is practiced by blacks, because of the fear of someone using the race word in reference to them. Open your eyes , people of this country, use your brains to choose a leader who practices equality in everything. And does not lean toward the color of skin.
