Obama has extended the recession far beyond what it needed to be. Had he cut some taxes or given a holiday on other taxes we could have been out of the recession months ago. He has KILLED employment opportunities, no business wants to hire in the uncertainty of his fiscal policy (what fiscal policy?) or his continuing threats to lots of businesses (hospitals, insurance companies, health plans, pharma companies, energy, financial, etc).
Bush had 7 years of growth (following a disastrous 9/11 and corporate scandals), and 1 year of recession.



Obama has been in office for 6 months and has already spent MORE THAN EVERY PRESIDENT IN US HISTORY COMBINED!!



I think the better question is, now that Obama has doomed our children to poverty because of a national debt that exceeds 2 Trillion....

What leads you to think the recession has ended? There is way to much unemployment to even consider the recession has ended. Don't use the stock market numbers to think the recession has ended. Those numbers can be manipulated and are not a solid indicator until you see people getting back to work and more jobs opening up.

The President %26amp; treasury would like you to think the recession has ended so they could claim they fixed the problem. In that situation people would give them credit as apposed to questioning their actions and motives. Which do you think they prefer?

What planet are you living on? The recession is getting worse. Unemployment is rising, banks are restricting credit, houses continue to be foreclosed. What's Obama's solution? Increase spending by creating more entitlements and decrease our energy supply and increase our dependence on foreign oil. You're right that he's ending the recession. But turning it into a depression doesn't count.
While Martin Luther King made tremendous strides in bringing together blacks and whites Obama has done just the opposite - he is clearly against white taxpayers and this was shown VERY CLEARLY in his comments and rush to judgment in the case involving another arrogant, racist college professor - this time blindly coming to the aid of an individual who was clearly out of control and filled with anger towards - you guessed it, “the white man”.
