How does Obama's stimulus package benefit teenage employees?

I want to know how Pres. Obama's $787 billion dollar stimulus plan is benefiting teenagers, besides the $2,500 dollars for all 4 years of college, like if it boosts employment rates in places likely to hire teenagers like department stores.

Also, it would be helpful just to give me some reasons why the stimulus package benefits the general public, or some of its negative impacts. How does Obama's stimulus package benefit teenage employees? The so called stimulus package is nothing a tax. Much of the package involves wasting money on useless pet programs which do little to stimulate job creation but does add more bureaucracy to an already over bloated federal government. Private enterprise would have done a much better job of creating more jobs and done it at a much lower cost than the government.

The main thing that will create a benefit to the retailers is for banks to start lending money. Of course retailers also need more people to purchase more products. When people are scared about their jobs they spend less. I don't think this package will do much for department stores or other retailers other than from a psychological standpoint. If people feel better about the economy they are more apt to spend money. When people spend money the economy does well.
