If Obama would have been truthful from the start would you have supported him?

At the outset of this campaign Obama claimed he would remove our troops from Iraq immediately and gained huge support. Now, he has backtracked on that idea and says we may be there for 10 years or more.If Obama would have been truthful from the start would you have supported him?I'm Obama to the end, baby. I never stop supporting Barack. There will always be haters for all candidates. I think most people have made up their mind who they are going to vote for. There will Obamahaters. They listen to shock jock radio, Fox News, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter etc. etc. These people will never vote for Obama. I am very upset. I just learn that most "whites" are so upset Obama about happen on April 4 and he was talking in private arena. I believe in California. I believe someone from McCain or Clinton camps tape what he was saying and leak it. I like a man or anyone who honest. I rather have someone be honest than tell a lie. According to Powell none of the candidates will probably be able to do what they want about the world because it such a big mess cause by the Bush Administration. We need to stop talking things out of content and listening to everything. People are bitter. Some are losing their homes and jobs. Gas price are sky high. I am bitter and angry. We had eight years of Bush and he f***ed us. All politicians lie have backtrack on something not just Obama.

Stop the hate!

OBAMA '08.If Obama would have been truthful from the start would you have supported him?
He was- I am!If Obama would have been truthful from the start would you have supported him?Obama 2008
He had to be a lot more than truthful for me to vote for him.If Obama would have been truthful from the start would you have supported him?I support Obama- but if you think ANY politician is as truthful as you'd like them to be, then you are kidding yourself. If Obama would have been truthful from the start would you have supported him?
NO. I would have never supported him. If he had really cared about OUR country, he would have stayed out of this race until after Hillary had been President and then run. Then I might have voted for him when he has more experience.
of course NOT. he's racist and unpatriotic. If Obama would have been truthful from the start would you have supported him?
I have never believed anything he said. He sounds too good. My Father told me if something seems to good to be true, ITS NOT!! He says what people want to hear.
no

he lied about ending the war

he lied about studying Islam( which he admitted last night that he did in fact study it)

The man is the typical democrat. He says anything to get elected
No, because had he been truthful from the start we would have all known what he was about. I was never voting for him anyway.
He has never said he would remove troops immediately. He has always said that 1) things would depend on the situation when he took office and 2) he would instruct military leaders to propose a timetable for withdrawing safely.
thats not my biggest concern with obama. its his lifetime friend tony rezko, rev. wright and all those lil lies about his

life, from being a professor of constitutional law to how his parents met. he can talk the talk, but he hasnt walked the walk.
There is nothing special about Obama, he is just a mediocre affirmative action educated black man. He is not the savior of America.
I have never waivered in my support for Obama.

I guess PA voters concur.

You are implying that Obama is being truthful now. I don't believe he has ever been truthful. If he had been, he would have never have been elected to the Senate.
Apparently you have misinterpreted, either deliberately or through ignorance, what Senator Obama has said concerning the war. He said he would begin bringing troops home immediately, and he has stuck to that. The thing you seem not to realize is that it would be impossible, even from just a logistics standpoint, to get all of our people out of Iraq at once. It will be a process, with a beggining, a middle and an end. At least Obama has a plan for doing it; that's more than the lunatic who got the mess started in the first place has been able/willing to achieve.
I've never been a supporter of Obama nor will I ever support him. I think he and his wife are a disgrace to this country. I don't care where he went to college, where he went to law school, whether he graduated with honors or not, the man is a complete con artist. He says whatever is necessary to appease the masses and most of them are falling for it hook, line and sinker. I for one do not trust the man and hope that he never gets elected president, whether it's in this or any other election he chooses to run.
That can be said for both democratic candidates. But, remember Hillary voted to send them there in the first place.
I still do support Obama. Because it's about the issues, not about what peole like you think.
